1、 Egypt product import and export management evaluation program goeic program
According to the requirements of the latest decree Egypt decision 43/2016 issued by the general organization of export & import controls (goeic), the products imported into Egypt in the control catalogue of the export and import control certification program of Egyptian products must be accompanied by the certificate of conformity (COI) when customs clearance, To prove that the imported products comply with the relevant technical regulations and standards of Egypt.

■ the application process for the certificate of conformity (COI) of Egyptian products is as follows:
First step
The exporter directly logs in to the WSCT online application platform exporter portal to fill in the application information and upload the proforma invoice, packing list, product quality documents such as test report, laboratory qualification certificate (CNAs certificate), technical parameter table and factory ISO Certificate (if any); Or contact WSCT to submit the completed request for certificate form (RFC) and the above documents offline;
Step 2
WSCT determines the feasible implementation scheme and applicable standards under the plan;
Step 3
If testing is required, it can be carried out in the laboratory of WSCT, and WSCT coordinates sampling and implements laboratory testing;
Step 4
After completing the above steps, the on-site inspection will be carried out by the WSCT inspection office nearest to the place of inspection, and all expenses shall be borne by the applicant;
Step 5
After the inspection, the exporter submits the final documents (commercial invoice and packing list) to WSCT office through WSCT online platform or offline;
Step 6
WSCT office issues customs clearance certificate.
Special reminder: according to the latest regulations issued by goeic in Egypt, the manufacturer or trademark holding company of the controlled products exported to Egypt must register on the official website of goeic in addition to obtaining the COI for customs clearance. In addition, the product manufacturer or trademark holding company must have a quality management system certificate issued by ILAC or IAF authorized institution or pass the certification of quality monitoring by relevant institutions authorized by ILAC or IAF. For example, in China, it can be a certification institution authorized by CNAs, such as WSCT.

2、 NFSA product conformity assessment program for food and contact materials exported to Egypt
