We manage our online customer portal and software for freight rate, also we provide 7*24 online service for our regular customers, to 1v1 answer and offer our best price and service to them, Kapoklog’s track service, you will check your ocean and sea freight from oringial countries to destination, will give you accss to view and download your necessary document. You can choose to update tracking status update via email or configurable reports by customer department. We also handle ocean logistics management for both of you or us direct contact with steamship line.

 

 

NOVCC Member Freedom And Elexibility

Due to Kapoklog is a Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier (NOVCC), We are not locked all strick sailing scheudles, it will give us freedom to choose the comfortable sailing schedule for our customers,enabling us to choose the vessel and right sailing time which meet our clients need and budget. We can choose and pick the carriers, and more ports, schedule than carrier operating one. Kapoklog will focus on ocean freight schedule on your behalf and make ocean shipping service as possible.
