The unveiling ceremony of Hunan Digital Logistics Information Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Digital Logistics Company") was held at Hunan Expressway Group. The company has a registered capital of 2 billion yuan. It was jointly established by Hunan Expressway Group and its affiliated Modern Investment, along with several state-owned enterprises including Hunan Iron and Steel Group, Hunan Railways Group, Hunan Port and Water Conservancy Group, Hunan Energy Group, and Hunan Salt Industry Group.

It is understood that the Digital Logistics Company will build a logistics big data operation service platform for Hunan Province, creating a "central hub" for the province's logistics data and a "main channel" for the circulation of various elements, and developing and implementing digital platform economy. Relying on its advantages in bulk material procurement such as steel, cement, and petrochemical products, the company will deepen the integration of the four chains - industrial chain, supply chain, value chain, and digital chain - to build a modern supply chain service system featuring "large-scale trading of bulk commodities, complete modern logistics, connected platform data, and enhanced financial capabilities of the industrial chain", and set an example for supply chain services in Hunan. At the same time, it will focus on "digital platform + supply chain" ecosystem investment, and strategically allocate resources in areas such as intelligent logistics technology, data element services, and green and low-carbon development, forming a "industry + capital" dual-wheel drive.
