Test items Test introduction

Wet analysis Dissolve the material into solution, and use various chemical reactions to realize the quantitative determination of elements.

Direct reading spectral analysis OES An arc or spark is used to excite the atoms of the material to produce an electronic transition, and the electrons emit a characteristic spectrum when they return to the ground state from the high-energy state. The spectrum is dispersed into various spectral bands by the spectroscopic system. Based on the principle that the intensity of light is proportional to the concentration of elements to be measured, quantitative detection is realized.

Inductively coupled plasma

Emission spectrum analysis ICP Using the high temperature produced by argon plasma to decompose the material to form excited atoms and ions, electrons transition from excited states to low energy levels, and emit characteristic spectral lines. After being divided by grating and other light splitting systems, the detector detects the intensity of a specific wavelength to realize photoelectric conversion. Based on the principle that the intensity of light is proportional to the concentration of elements to be measured, quantitative detection is realized.

Gas element analysis

C/S/O/N/H Use carbon sulfur meter / oxygen nitrogen meter / hydrogen determinator and other equipment, and use thermal conductivity method, infrared absorption spectroscopy and other methods to conduct quantitative analysis of gas elements.

X-ray fluorescence spectrum analysis X-rays are used to excite the atoms in the substance to be tested to make their electrons transition. When returning to the ground state, X-ray fluorescence of different wavelengths will be emitted. The light wavelength is used to characterize the elements, and the light intensity is used to quantify the concentration of the elements.

Energy spectrum analysis Using X-ray radiation samples, the inner electrons or valence electrons of atoms or molecules are stimulated to emit to form photoelectrons. The energy of photoelectrons is measured and combined with their relative intensity (pulse /s) to form an electronic map, so as to obtain the composition of the object to be measured.

Spectrophotometric analysis It is a method of qualitative and quantitative analysis of the substance by measuring the absorption of light at a specific wavelength or within a certain wavelength range.
