01 Building materials pose safety hazards

The warehouses converted from some old factory buildings have problems such as low fire resistance rating, large building space, storing a lot of materials, and spreading quickly in case of fire. In addition, the original design purpose does not match the existing fire safety requirements, which poses safety hazards. Especially for some randomly constructed steel structure simple warehouses that have not been flame retardant treated according to standards, they are prone to collapse in the event of a fire.

02 Firefighting equipment not kept intact and effective

Evacuation routes and emergency exits cannot be kept unobstructed. If goods or debris are piled up, it will seriously affect the evacuation of personnel in case of a fire.

06 Warehouse special equipment caught fire

In some warehouse areas, forklifts and other special equipment entering the warehouse without static electricity or protective treatment for vehicle exhaust can easily cause fires and explosions due to sparks generated by static electricity, vehicle exhaust sparks, or high-temperature smoke; Lack of maintenance and upkeep of mechanical facilities and equipment, as well as oil supply system failures leading to frictional heating, can also easily cause fires.
